All staff were delightful to deal with, relaxed , efficient, appropriate. They certainly made me think of organising my own funeral with them. The "service sheet/ brochure" for the service was praised by those attending, and staff were very accommodating when I wished to amend things. They were also very clear about what further things we needed to do to prepare. I would most sincerely recommend others thinking of using them. Their facilities in Wangaratta are also excellent and versatile.

Thank you for everything you have done for us this past week. Pass on our thanks to Lisa for looking after Dad (Trevor) and preparing him so lovingly and for the time you gave us at the viewing. Thank you for being flexible with what I wanted to do at the service, and for your care and sensitivity at the cemetery, allowing us time to say goodbye. The book you gave Mum was beautiful - thankyou! You have given me a new respect for what you do and how much it helps people at such a difficult time.

North East Funerals were wonderful. I recently had to organise a funeral service for my mother. I am based in Brisbane, Queensland, so everything was via email and phone calls. North East Funerals were very helpful in guiding me as to what they needed. You are never quite sure how things will go on the day but I could not have been happier. Their facilities are first class. They pulled together the photo and music tribute wonderfully. The service, a combination of in person and on-line went perfectly. A number of people on line said how good the service was. And then a wow factor at the end. They presented me with an audio book of the photos and music as a keep sake. Plus a book of the photos. Such wonderful keep sakes to reflect on the life of my mother. I could not recommended more highly the North East Funerals Team. They are fabulous.

This is the second funeral conducted for our family in the past few months, and once again nothing was too much trouble for them, the compassion and care extended to us was greatly appreciated. I would recommend North East Funerals to anyone.
